This company has nice friendly employees and do awesome work. Their work was done in a very timely manner and prices are reasonable. Told them we would differently recommend to friends. Will call again for service.

Very professional and responsive

i was pleasantly surprised when I called late on Wednesday and received an appointment on Friday, Tim was very professional and pleasant to work with. He explained things about the aerator system that I didn't know. They had to dig about 2 ft down to locate one of the concrete access lids. They offered to return on Monday with a concrete collar, to raise that access lid above ground, so future access would be easy. Amazing service and helpfulness, and fairly priced. I will only use them in the future, and recommend them to all of my neighbors. Mitchell Environmental is definitely the one you should call.

I've been doing business with Tim for a few years now and my parents always called on him prior to starting his own business. He's great! Tim Michell answered his phone the first time I called him. I called more local companies but only got an answering machine. I learned he was from Caseyville but he was willing to come out to Brighton at 6pm and pump our septic tank in the dark. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tim was fantastic doing his job and gave us knowledge on the maintenance of septic systems that I didn't know. The price was good also. We will call Tim again for our septic system needs. Thanks for the excellent service so close to thanksgiving.

Quarterly, I get my septic tank pumped. They are professional, courteous, and genuine people with unbeatable prices. I would give them infinite stars if it was an option because they are that great!!!!!
