Marco took the time to explain what was wrong with our current system, how it could perhaps be repaired vs replacement. He presented various pricing options and after learning about his background and asking many questions, the answers honest and factual... most important he had a very accommodating and patient and straight forward approach... The install was flawless and we are quite happy with the entire process and this I would say is our 15th HVAC install in our personal homes and rentals. Highly recommend Marco and his team. Coming home from a vacation and finding out that my second level air conditioning is not working in early August in Las Vegas is not a good feeling. Called this company, MAC Tech and Marco was able to come and save the day. Both of our units are original so they're very old. He fixed it without unnecessary repair/replacement or upselling us. He gave his honest opinion and our expectations with our very old and tired AC units, which we kind of already knew. But he also gave us suggestions on how to keep it maintained to make it last a little longer. All that for a very reasonable fee. Fixing our air conditioning the same day we called Marco and giving us very valuable suggestions regarding our air conditioning is more than enough for me to confidently recommend this company and Marco to all our friends, family.

After my old water heater suddenly failed, I was in need of a replacement quickly. I contacted Mr.Marco at M A C Tech. He provided a fast and efficient water heater replacement service. He was knowledgeable and ensured that everything was done to code. I appreciated the transparency in explaining the cost and the options available. The new water heater is working flawlessly, and I feel confident in its durability. I'm very pleased with M A C Tech and would definitely use their services again. Marco provided exceptional customer service to me throughout the entire project by providing great communication, patience, availability and knowledge. He prioritized my miserable situation of no AC during the hottest week in Las Vegas. Although he was on the other side of town when I initially contacted him, he wasted no time getting to my house so that he could quickly troubleshoot my AC issues. I like to ask a lot of questions and have the technical explanations spelled out to me & Marco was very professional, taking the time to explain to me in depth, exactly what the issues were and how to best resolve them. He made my wife and I feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. Over the years, my house has never really cooled or heated properly in all the rooms which has been extremely frustrating. My neighbor who has the same house as mine experiences the same issue. Marco determined that when the house was built, the air ducts were improperly installed due to lack of space in the attic at the coil side limiting airflow. He devised a solution to eliminate this issue by constructing an additional plenum so that the air ducts could be properly installed to provide the necessary air flow. I decided it was best to replace the entire AC/heating system seeing that it was the original system that came with my house 28 years ago and no longer worth repairing or efficient to today’s standards. It’s a split system; my condenser unit is outside and the coil and heating unit are located in my attic. Marco was able to quickly locate the proper AC/heating unit I desperately needed during a time when available resources were extremely limited. He and his team also made themselves available a day sooner than originally scheduled to quickly get the unit installed. They arrived early in the morning before the height of the days heat & were able to replace the old system within a matter of 6 hours without compromising any quality of the install. Marco and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish and the completed install was like a work of art; very clean especially with sealing up all the ducts in the attic and replacing all the parts outside from the condenser to the side of my house. I’m extremely happy with the install and the price which was lower than other quotes I received. I highly recommend Marco and his company and will be referring his services to my neighbors as needed. Marco did a great job, I could not have been more pleased with the service Marco and his team provided. They arrived on time and placed protective coverings on all interior floors. The overall time required to complete the job was right in line with what was estimated. Quality of the work was exceptional and I was able to see all aspects of the installation and exactly what the scope of work entailed. Marco did a great job on summarizing the entire project including the final testing and commissioning. They also will register all the new equipment with the Vendor to ensure proper warranty. Job cleanup was excellent and any access doors/hatches were restored to original condition. I would most strongly recommend M A C Tech to anyone who wants a quality job at a reasonable price.
