I just had a rodent extermination and removal done by Ayo and I am beyond impressed. From start to finish, the whole process was fast and efficient – he came in, got straight to work, and had everything handled in no time. That said, speed did not come at the cost of quality. Ayo was incredibly thorough, checking every possible entry point, identifying problem areas, and making sure nothing was missed. I felt like my home was genuinely in good hands. His customer service was top notch as well. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through what he found and what he did about it. No upselling, no runaround – just honest, straightforward communication. And for the level of service I received, the price was very fair. Definitely worth every penny for the peace of mind alone.

He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in exterminating mice and rats from a couple of my properties. He did not just put poison and traps around. He actually filled the holes created by rodents. He cares about the job to be done right and he didn’t rush through like big companies do. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and i highly recommended him to anyone who has a pest problem.

I highly recommend Labs Pest Control. Ayo was completely on to my problem with what we thought might be rats. The initial inspection was scheduled and Ayo arrived exactly on time. A thorough examination of 2 apartments, the basement, and the exterior of my house revealed evidence of mice. The proposal and cost were very complete and satisfactory, and the work very thoroughly performed 2 days later: placing traps indoors and out, sealing all possible entries; and there will be a return visit scheduled in a few weeks to check results. They sealed rat holes in our property and identified nearby rat holes in neighbors' properties. Now we just have to convince the neighbors to do something about their rat holes...

I was very pleased with Ayo’s work. Where as other pest control I have hired focused solely on setting traps, Ayo inspected our property for entryways and sealed them to prevent rodents from entering the home. He was communicative, thorough and I would absolutely recommend him and use him again im the future.
