I used Labs Pest Control last March when I suspected rats' activities in my backyard. They were trying to enter the house through a small hold. Ayo came in the next day after my call. He inspected the area and treated the area and set traps. He explained the process, answered all my questions, and provided valuable tips. He was not only knowledgeable but also very attentive. He came back to check the activities three weeks later and found two rats dead inside of the black boxes. Ever since, I haven't seen any activities. I highly recommend Ayo.

They did an awesome job sealing & laying traps indoor & outdoor. They are 100% better then when I hired Terminix. With Terminix they just laid sticky traps. Rodents was still entering my property. Once I contracted with Labs Pest Control, Rodents are no longer an issue they sealed every opening that Terminix failed to do. I use them for my home & also for my Parents rental property. We absolute love their prompt service & their prices can't be beat. Terminix & Orkin is a total rip off. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
