We called Mark Hunter late in the afternoon to check on termite damage in a house we were selling. He came early the next morning to inspect the damage and offer his analysis. He was very professional and straightforward, though his news to us was not pleasant. Being an old house, the termite damage was excessive. Mark gave us a detailed, clear, and very explicit accounting of all that would have to be done to repair the damage. When asked what we owed him, he said no charge, meaning his time to go look at the house was not going to be billed. We found Mark to be very trust-worthy and accommodating and we highly recommend him!!

He was professional, courteous, prompt, reliable and thorough. He proved very knowledgeable and competent about his business. He provided a free estimate and thorough guided inspection of the interior and exterior of my residence pointing out observable issues, making recommendations and laying out a plan for remediation. Upon acceptance of his offer he returned for a 2-hour service call to treat areas around the foundation, sill and basement. I found his costs to be reasonable and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking termite and pest services.
