Punctual and efficient.
Very honest, along with good work!
The work is good. But, lack of consideration for customers. I asked for a smooth transition when the service ends. M. E. Pool and Spa agreed in the beginning verbally, But when I asked to add terms on the contract for my protection, they rejected and stop service promptly. I asked them to continue service until I find the next pool man. I was ignored. Regardless of their good work, I am uncomfortable dealing with them. Besides, the rate recommended is an hourly rate. Pool-man typically spends 15 - 30 minutes on 1 pool. The charge ought to be 50% of the recommended price.
Customer asked for a $300 deposit for ME Pool and Spa to do their pool, wanted to place a penalty if service was finished later than expected time, and did not agree with pricing and demanded free servicing projects. Customer was very rude and disrespectful, ME Pool and Spa decided to cut all contact in order to restrict further issues with customer. There was never a verbal agreement on how long ME Pool and Spa would do the service and when customer was uncooperative and entitled we had to cut ties.
