B E W A R E !! Carter Jones is a LIAR! They are a very undependable, unreliable, Co. He stood us up 3 times in 3 weeks, Each time was a NO SHOW with no calls or explanations. They would not return my calls. This was after he had already issued us a price for the job. I am disabled as I explained to Jones. and this work was very important to us, as he also knew. Outfits like this one do not stay in business for long until they are ruined by their own lack of morality!

We apologize for the miscommunication on the project. We had to reschedule due to the sudden snow that pushed out the schedule for a week, and the owner did give you a call, but there were no responses on rescheduling the project due to the weather. We hope we can get this resolved in a timely and professional manner. We also thought the aggression and tone of voice during the original estimate were unprofessional and not formal. Again, our apologies, and let's get this resolved. Thank you.
