Over charged (200 dollars per hour) poor work, left many things undone, said he would clean the driveway but his equipment was not up to the job. Flailed to clean front door area, front bricks, and clean the windows. He did a good job cleaning up the side yard but failed to clean one of the gutters that over flowed into the patio.

Jaime showed up on time and communicated constantly to make sure I knew when he was available. He did a very thorough job cleaning under solar panels. He also cleaned gutters and dryer vent for a good price.

Jaime was prompt, on time and went beyond on his work! He came back early the next morning to finish some details from the night before. He cleaned my roof and gutters and reported to me on spots that might cause leaks, and he straightened those tiles, so after yesterdayâ s rain I checked and no leaks! Yeah!

Would not recommend home advisor or Angi contractor was vague in duties he performed. Quoted a p price to repair broken tiles , no tiles were replaced cracks covered with rain proof sealant ( I hope ). Gentleman was very nice young man just not sure he did what was promised.

2 workers, 1 pickup truck. Thought they would have their own water supply but used our water and hoses. They did have their own pressure wash extension wand. Not sue how they supplied the seal after clearing and washing roof. Cleaned gutters but don't see gutter extensions they included in their proposal to keep good water flow. Was told it was done. They said they would come back in late July to add more sealer . We'll see.
