Mr. Ben was very knowledgeable, explained the issues well, gave the quote ahead of time, stayed calm to finish the work, and did not rush the work without compromising on speed. Overall, good customer service and high integrity. He generated an invoice for what he agreed to, with taxes and an itemized list of components and labor. I am very satisfied with the service. Ben was the only one that gave me the option to change my garage door from a 1 spring system to a 2 spring system for only a $6 dollar difference from the rest of the guys that quoted for the job. Better value, honest and great work!
