Highly recommend!! Hired to install real hardwood in a bedroom. Mick is knowledgeable and was transparent in terms of pricing and timing! His installers are excellent as well! The floor looks amazing and we will be using him again for another room and restoration of our other wood floors!

Footprint floors are very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and the way they cleaned up after the job was complete was excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent flooring company.

I would like to start off by saying mick with footprints was awesome. He was very patient with the job although on my end it took 3months but it was all well worth it. Not to mention Jovanni and his wife did an excellent job laying wood like tile in the kitchen they were very professional and on time the job took 2days.. and I was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend footprints and re-hire them for my next project.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give my thanks to Mick and his team, for helping me with installing me new floors on my new home. I normally never write a review, but this one is a special find. The company did such an amazing job on my floors, that I decided to do two additional rooms of refinishing my floors. It looks incredible, I highly highly recommend this company. They were professional, on time, and perfection.

One thing I have unfortunately learned from doing renovations in Miami is that it is very hard to find a good/reliable contractor. Mick and his team were incredible. Mick helped me from from beginning to end. He did the estimate himself, which was extremely clear and his prices were beyond fair. Mick answered every one of my annoying questions and was extremely responsive. Everything was done on time and done really well. I highly recommend you call Mick for your floors (and some other tile work as well). I love my floors!! Thank you so much!

Footprints Floors Miami / Mick & Ryan has been exceptional people to work with. We have just purchased a home which was built in 1925 and it seems that we have original floors that are Florida Pine and Oak. Florida pine is very vibrant with a beautiful texture in it; however, it's not an easy color to stain. The previous owners has stained it with very dark color to hide the texture. Once we sanded down the floors; we wanted to keep it as natural it is, however, Mick has told us that it's a very rare request and he needs to do some research. After the research; Mick has come up with a stain/sealing brand that he never used before. Once we finished the process, the result was exceptional! Not only the result; Mick & Ryan has been great partners to work with since they have been very responsive and helpful with any request that we came up with. I would highly recommend them.
