Silver and his crew work faster than you would expect especially for a porch demolition that was stucco frontage and a flat top roof which was constructed with improper drainage. Silver knew exactly how he was going to build the replacement porch with proper drainage and a metal roof. Silver’s leadership and oversight during the process of construction was impressive. I had a sense of trust in his competency and skills from the first ten minutes that I initially meet him. The construction was like clockwork even after getting supplies each day the work began at 8am till 5 pm. I even started to discuss other projects that he would perform for us with the same proficiency. He was the only contractor that when I initially spoke with him told me the details of his new porch construction for the project that met my standards without suggestion from me, If you are worried about quality work. His prices were estimated easily for him due to his experience from building in more severe weather.
