This was my first experience using an Angi contractor. I placed my ad over the weekend. Received a text from Angi Monday morning that 2 contractors had responded. Before I could log into my account, Mr. James with Macon was calling me. I explained what I needed, and an appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday! The technicians showed up a few minutes before the appointment time and went straight to work. Very professional and polite, and very experienced electricians. I am very pleased with the work done, and James' consideration. I won't hesitate to call on Macon for future electrical projects.

The technician responded to my request quickly, and we made an appointment for him to do the work. He was prompt and courteous but was unable to repair the light or explain what was wrong with it. I hope I can find someone else who can fix it.

Hello Mr. Martin, I apologize if the problem wasn't made clear to you. However, the light fixture has a bad ballast. Therefore, we suggested replacing the light fixture because it would be more economical. Thanks and have a great day.
