I hired this company to remove a failing epoxy covering on my pool deck and recover with their material. Sam, the salesman, owner's son, and apparently their only supervisor came the first morning and started the 2-man crew in the demo but never returned the entire project. When the job was complete, NO ONE EVER came to check quality, even after my complaints. The "Coping" or area directly around the pool edge was left with 1/2 " to 1" gaps to the new deck material. Cleanup was atrocious. One crewman asked me if I didn't have someone to help me get the plastic off the pool. REALLY? When they did remove it, they dumped half the old concrete, gravel, and dust into the pool. The crewman says, "Sorry!" There was old concrete, dirt, stuff all over the lawn. After calling Sam and telling him the situation, NO ONE EVER returned to inspect quality or cleanup. Yes, Sam apologized and promised things but too little too late. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I hired this company to install a decorative chip coating system on my garage floor and patio for $4,836. Unfortunately, the finished surface has multiple irregularities, including areas where excessive topcoat was applied and an inconsistent finish across portions of the floor. When I contacted the owner about the problem, he acknowledged that too much topcoat had been applied and indicated that it should be corrected. However, despite numerous follow-ups over several months, I have never been given a firm date for the repair work. During phone conversations I was told that the company was busy completing large projects at a church and a gym, and that was given as the reason the repair could not be scheduled. At this point the issue remains unresolved even though the defect was acknowledged. Because my attempts to resolve this directly have not resulted in a repair, I have submitted complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the Tennessee Consumer Protection Division.

False promises, lousy communication, and terrible work. Work was done without grit to keep from slipping when wet. Surface began cracking within 6 months of being installed. It took another 6 months for them to finally come and make the repairs. And the repair work is definitely not satisfactory. Now I can't get the owner to return my calls. Stay away from this contractor. Definitely not worth the money!

Have been promised for months that they would get this taken care of. The coating has failed and communication is nonexistent. This looks terrible. Sales pitch was promising in the beginning but unfortunately there is no service beyond the sale.

We hired Sam and his crew to coat our walk-out basement so it can be used as a workshop. Sam explained the process and was very responsive. Scheduling was a breeze. The finished floor turned our just as we had hoped it would.
