Empire Plumbing and Drain is Top Notch. We were in distress with our plumbing. Anthony was professional and friendly on the phone, listening and asking questions to understand our situation. On time, friendly and respectful of the home. He diagnosed the problem and Clearly explained Exactly what he would do to fix it. He showed up on time first thing in the morning with his powerful equipment and really worked at the problem. He Fixed It! All that for a reasonable price. 🙏🏼 Feels great to have a knowledgeable, competent, courteous plumber who communicates with us and treat us and our home respectfully. Thank You Empire. My experience with Empire Plumbing and drain was a very positive and successful experience. We had a leak in our basement and called them. They came right away. They saw all the water on the floor and came the next day to fix it. They came in the morning and the job only took a few hours. It's been about 3 weeks and my basement is still dry. I really appreciate all their hard work and dedication. Any future plumming jobs, we will be calling them. I highly recommend this company for any plumming needs.

Anthony was great! He went above and beyond to make sure water flowed freely to my refrigerator and was able to diagnose another problem I was having and replaced some worn parts for me. He traveled an hour to my house, not once but twice. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

We had a clogged drain that was more complicated than just snaking it. One of the drain pipes neede dto be replaced. He explained what needed to be done and completd the work the same day for a fair price. He is an honest plumber. Will use him again.

They tried hard to minimize any disturbance or inconvenience while we were here and the cleaned up afterwords â the basement never looked better!
