Did an excellent job of sealing up the house. Could not install the one-way vents until after August 15 due to protection for the bats during the breeding season. Will return after that date and finish the job. He only charged for the work that was completed. My neighbor had used him in the past and was well pleased.

100% assurance from beginning to end!!! Having a bat in your home is not a comfortable feeling. From the start, I felt like I was in good hands. I couldn't have been more pleased of the care and education that I received with B & B. I would highly recommend B&B to anyone that was experiencing issues with the little flying "friends". Their work was neat, tidy, very professional, and took electronic payment, too. I sleep even better now, knowing that the problem was solved. I wish more companies had integrity, transparency, and customer service as B &B. If I ever was to have another issue ( I hope I don't), they would be my only call.

Ben was very quick to respond. He came and gave an estimate the next day. Upon his arrival, we were met with a straightforward, nice man that seems to enjoy his work. He shot us the scope of work along with the cost and once that was agreed, he said he'd be there the next morning. He showed up the next morning with his team (both were just as nice as Ben), completed the work within the time frame he quoted and they cleared any debris. Once finished, he showed us their work and explained everything. He have us advice and told us to contact him should we have any issues. Did I mention that this was Labor Day weekend? I world recommend Ben (B&B Bat Removal) for all your bat removal/ bat exclusion needs!
