I've hired many roofers over 50 years in business. The bids range was $9,000! Waterproof wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. I gave all roofers an RFP (what I wanted them to submit bids on.) Many balked at the RFP. I said you are going to want me to sign your contract with lots of small print. This RFP spells out exactly what I'm looking for. I insisted on proof of Liability & Worker Comp Insurance, and licensing. I verified each with the State. I insisted on 3-4 addresses previously roofed to verify. I wanted Ridge & O'Hagin roof vents, & a solar attic fan. Waterproof Roofing modified the contract to reflect the changes requested. They tore off old roof, cleaned up and hauled away debris, and installed the roof exactly how I expected. Sal is one of the best roofer I've ever worked with. I recommend Waterproof, especially for Realtors looking for a reasonable & professional Install. I'm going to use them on my next project.

I contacted 5 roofing companies, and Waterproof Roofing was the only company who gave me a reasonable estimate and a good warranty. They did the job in a VERY timely manner, and they were respectful and helpful during the entire process.

The roof came out looking beautiful and we had a good rain two days later with no problems, so I'm gonna say it was done right! There were a couple of problems in the process that Salvador quickly resolved. This is a hard working crew, with a level headed boss who is fair and understanding. I hope I never need another roof, but if I do, I'll call Waterproof Roofing!
