We were very pleased at the prompt response we received. Bob contacted me the same day I requested service. He made an appointment for the next day as he had a cancellation to give us an estimate to replace a small area of carpet that had a very bad stain. He gave us the estimate and stated that he had time to replace the carpet as he had a cancellation for that afternoon. He did an excellent job within 2 hours of arriving at our home. He was pleasant to have in our home. If we need a similar job in the future we would certainly contact him.

Bob was very professional and did exactly all the work he bid. He was prompt and cleaned up after the work was finished. Bob is a pleasant guy and explained what the job entailed so there were no surprises. The job we had was to replace some carpet pad and restretch some carpet after a water damage issue in our basement. I would recommend Bob if you have a carpet repair job.
