I wrote my original review before getting the invoice. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I was charged only the baseline and replacement part, not baseline plus labor time. So great value for money.

Not sure about value for the money because I haven't received the invoice yet. The $90 baseline for a visit quoted initially seemed reasonable. Brian and Steve arrived arrived early, after calling to make sure that was OK. I was pleased to see they wore masks and took off their shoes without prompting. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The ceiling fan problem was fixed by installing a new switch, as Brian had predicted on the phone. The tub water jet problem was solved by flipping the circuit breaker. Simple and quick fixes, no finding nonexistent problems to pad the bill. Assuming the labor charges turn out to be reasonable, we are quite pleased.

Very professional. Knew what needed done and how to do it. Both men were very personable and even wore masks due to the coronavirus. Very timely. Did what they said they would do. Would hire again in a minute, probably sooner. 5+ Stars
