    We have used Complete Pools & Construction for more than 15 years for roofing, building structural work, including grading and complete garage builds. There work is alway 100% and trustworthy. Can recommend them for all your needs.

    We were told we bought an Imagine pool. When I attempted to use the warranty for shell color leaching (which has turned swimmers’ skin blue), I was informed by the warranty representative that this pool was not in fact an Imagine pool. The pool is also not level, the concrete is cracking, and the cover failed after the first season. Steve has not responded to my attempts to resolve these issues. I will update this review if he or his team provide a resolution.

    Steve and the complete pools team did a great job fitting an in-ground in a very tight space! The job was finished in about four weeks and everything turned out beautiful!

    I highly recommend Complete Pools to anyone. We broke ground on our pool July 7 and we started swimming August 14. The pool is exactly what I wanted, and we all enjoyed peeking out the window at the progress every day. Even the cats enjoyed watching our the window. The crew was very friendly and it was a great experience from start to finish...I jumped in yesterday for the first time and came up screaming "I am in love with this pool" Thank you so much to everyone!

    I did concrete for him and he still owes me over $5000. He won’t pay me and has blocked my calls!

    Steve and his crew were amazing! We were in desperate need for a new pool liner and after many places gave us the run around, I found his information on Chat GPT! I emailed him and he texted me right back. He came out and measured and promised the project to be completed in a few weeks, and he delivered! We went on vacation and when we came back it was completed and looked amazing! I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, work product, communication, etc. I would give him 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend!

      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
