Clarity Glass Service

Called Marco about replacing two windows in my kitchen and one window in a bedroom. The first time he came out he replaced the one in the bedroom and one window in the kitchen. He replaced both upper and lower panes. When I went to look at it I noticed he didn’t replace the other window. He once again ordered another pane at 160.00 when he came back to what I thought he was going to replace he only replaced one pane had to tell him again about the lower pane this time it was 140.00. He did a great job installing and cleaning up, now I can’t get a paper on the warranty. Would like to have given him 5 stars and be able to recommend the company If anyone uses them make sure they understand that to normal people a window consist of one or more panes.

This company was Great! We called them and wanted to bring a double paned window for repair. He told us it would take about 20 minutes and he was finished in that amount of time. He was very easy to work with and had a professional attitude. We will use them again!
