Jonathan came the week of Christmas to service our chimney and get it functional so that we could have heat for guest coming to our house. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional. Will be using them again to inspect and maintain our chimney!

My friend helped me find Chimney Sweep Masters today when we had an animal in our chimney. We needed the chimney capped after the animal was removed. They came recommended online. We were able to book an appointment for the same day. Jonathan showed up within the appointment time explained to us everything although we didn’t want to use the chimney as we explained to him right away that we’re not going to be using the chimney. We just needed to put a cap to prevent any animals being able to enter through the chimney. When he went to the roof, he noticed that there are some structural damages that we should address mainly some repairs to the chimneys Crown and mortar. otherwise it’ll end up becoming a much bigger damage down the line. He explained everything and showed everything in detail and was able to give us a senior citizen discount and completed the job same on the same day. I enjoyed working with this company. I was a little jarred when I called to make an apt as I thought I reached a call center, but they took care of me and scheduled me quickly. Day of apt there was a 2hr arrival window, which always has me weary, but Robbie, my tech made it in time & was highly communicative about ETA & arrival. Totally set me at ease & helped me stay on schedule for my day. Once here Robbie took the time to educate me on my fireplace & maintenance schedule which was helpful as a 1st time homeowner. The quote was higher than I anticipated, being advised $150 as a minimum, but my quote being $425. I guess expected as I’ve not used it for two years and the previous owner burned wood logs so it needed a deeper clean. When I expressed my fiscal hesitation, the company was able to work with me to find financing that gets them paid & supports my budget. The total time to clean was about 40min and totally non invasive. Thank you so much team!

My landlord called Chimney Sweep Masters to inspect and service the unit as I am a new tenant, Jonathan came in with another technician and they were fantastic. They did a great job kept the place clean. They swept the chimney painted the firebox inspected the chimney from the roof and did some repairs on the chimneys crown. and best of all they installed for me a new ceramic gas log set.
