The crew from Black Magic were quick and efficient, a joy to watch work. They took my scruffy gravel driveway from homely to gorgeous in just 2 days, removing the gravel (and moving it to my pile for later re-use), put down a sterile base with lime, and rolled out 3" asphalt like a well-oiled machine. They even expanded the driveway because it didn't look right the way they'd originally measured it, no additional charge. Also, a County flagger misdirected one of the trucks to a private road, damaging a neighbor's driveway. Black Magic fixed it better than before.

I was contacted the same day my request was placed, I received a quote the next day and they started work immediately. The parking lot is 10 spaces so its small, but is also irregularly shaped and on a hill with 3 manhole covers that are relatively level. They responded quickly every time I called, were on time to the job, finished on time and really worked at filling in the low spots so water drains perfectly down the drain. They also compacted quite a bit a bit. This will make it easier to keep clean, keep the weeds out and plow the snow.

I needed an Asphalt Contractor to come look at my home driveway and give me a bid on repairing it or replacing it. Bobbie came out that same day, walked it and gave us his advice and a bid right on the spot. I had follow up questions about work etc, he called me right back answered all my questions. I hired him right then for the job, they began work the next day. showed up in morning as he said, with a crew of 5-6 to remove, dispose, level, compact new gravel all the first day. day two, same crew showed up in morning as scheduled and installed the asphalt, squared up the edges, rolled it, back filled, etc. They cleaned up all job debris and even rolled the hose back up. Blown away at the quality of work and the skill, professionalism and courtesy they all showed. Locally owned family, and great group of guys. Thank you again guys and I will recommend you to anyone ever looking for an Asphalt Contractor.
