Restoration 1 did an amazing job in my basement after water damage. So polite, and kept me up on what they were doing. The clean up after the job was done was awesome! They had to cut the sheet rock and remove mold and its perfect. I would definitely recommend Restoration 1 to anyone! I will definitely call them again if I need them. We have been rental property owners in Springfield for 30 years and this was the first time we had to deal with fire/smoke damage. To say we were at a loss for what to do is an understatement. My husband looked online for fire restoration services and decided to call Restoration 1. Bob answered the call and agreed to meet us that day, within hours at our property. Immediately Bob put us at ease as we walked through the house. He secured the property as the doors had been breached by the fire department. Our insurance adjuster complemented Bob’s response and work throughout the process. The work his company did was excellent and performed in a timely fashion. Major shoutout to Restoration 1 and Bob Couture for a complete mold remediation and basement reno project. After getting the recommendation from Tiffany Pryor, Bob got back to me within 24 hours and immediately sent a team over within the next 48. He and his team were super professional with communication and their attentiveness to every little thing that went sideways once we peeled back old basement paneling and flooring from the 60s. From waterproofing our space and installing new walls and floors, we are beyond happy with them and our new downstairs. Highly recommended!
