Vin came to my home the same day I contacted him to investigate the odor from a dead animal. Unfortunately, the location could not be easily determined or accessed, but Vin spent a couple hours at the house crawling through the attics and examining the exterior of the home and doing everything possible. I learned a ton from Vin about how to detect animal/pest activity. Vin even returned to the property later in the week. Vin was very thorough and is an expert in his field.

The Mystery has been Solved!!! We truly thought we had a squirrel in our vent...Vin and Team came out on The Eve of Thanksgiving...He Did not rush the job...He explained every step...to try and locate this mystery!! There was definitely evidence of something in the wall or vent...They looked in vents and we decided to cut two small openings right in the area of the odor...2nd cut was the Winner...Not a squirrel ...But a opossum!! After the removal..Vin. and crew secured the cut outs with pieces he cut while at his truck...They made sure before they sealed that they cleaned the area and sprayed. They walked us through every step and gave guidance on following up and preventative measures! Vin, also found an opening by the air unit and sealed it. I am so Thankful and Pleased with their willingness and their can do approach. Vin, is very Knowledgeable and Detailed! They KNOW what they are doing!! And They Care about Their Customers and the Service they provide!! A True Blessing!! I Will be using B3 Pest Solutions for preventive maintenance etc..I Highly recommend Vin and B3Pest Soutions! I am a mom of 3 young kids and found out that we had a dead animal in our new house and didnâ t know what to do: I called around a few places, but no one else I called was able to come out same day to help, but Vin did! He was very kind and knowledgeable and really cared about the problem we were having, especially finding a way to help us prevent this again in the future without it being all about selling a plan, etc etc. He actually didnâ t even end up charging me a service call or anything- he just did that unpleasant favor because he is a generous human being-rare to find these days. He used all the clues the animal had left to discover what we were looking for, he was patient and took a good look to be confident where our problem was and thus, prevented unnecessary sawing. He is very honest and we will be using him in the future to help us get our house sealed up correctly so that this nuisance of a problem doesnâ t happen again! Vin and his brother were beyond incredible. We had been dealing with a pesky mouse in our rafters and these guys never gave up. They sealed the entire perimeter of our house, the humanly trapped and monitored the situation, and didnâ t leave till the job was done. We requested a complete removal of old insulation and cleaning once we knew the job was done, and the guys cleaned, cleared, and re-insulated to perfection. I hired this company to determine what critter was making a huge hole in my flower bed and to have it go away as humanely as possible. The job took much longer and was more complicated than anticipated as it turned out that multiple species were using one burrow. I worked with Elvin who was caring, persistent and extremely knowledgeable in helping rid me of my unwelcome pests. He was patient with me and kind to them. He utilized traps, deterrents and infrared cameras to gather needed information. The cost was more than fair, especially considering the unanticipated amount of time and work it took to successfully get the job done. I would not hesitate to call this company again. They are efficient, hard workers and honest and caring people.

Excellent service from this vendor for wild animal trapping in our place of business. Very knowledgeable about treatment based on type of activity and patient to answer all questions. B3 did a quality job of closing the many entry holes in our older building. Quick response to remove possum once caught so we could resume business. This is a quality company operating with integrity.

We had a rat chewing through our plumbing pipes and causing multiple leaks. We talked to B3 late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to start the trapping process the next day, on Saturday, to try to minimize our water damage. They did a lot of high-quality work building a rat wall and sealing entry points in our home, and tried multiple trapping approaches to make sure that we caught the rat as quickly as possible. They were out at our house making adjustments almost every day until we successfully caught the rat. B3 is great about returning calls and messages, showing up on time, and doing all of the little things that make it easy to work with a service provider. They are also very knowledgeable about rats and how to take care of them - I learned a lot through the process. We're very happy to have our very problematic rat gone, and all of the potential entry points for other rats sealed up, with the work covered under B3's warranty. I highly recommend B3 if you are having any problems with rats or other rodents.

We consulted other pest control companies who wanted to dictate their services into a big huge package. But we chose B3 Pest Solutions of Dallas who wanted to work with us and not dictate to us so that we could seal out the roof rats that had eaten into the eaves of the house and then eaten their way thru the walls into the house and then destroyed the water heater and flooded the floor.
