Finding Wayne during a bad snowstorm was like finding gold. Temps outside were single digits. My heat was nonexistent and I thought no one would come out to help me. Wayne not only came out but he quickly fixed the problem. I had no other source of heat and could not get out to pick up the heaters I ordered from Walmart plus I was very sick that day. Wayne actually went to Walmart for me (his idea) and got me the heaters I needed. That was above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is fair, honest and a genuinely kind person. No upselling. Wayne is a true professional and a jewel of a human. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Wayne was the absolute best, most responsive, and efficient maintenance professional we have ever used ! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the next day. He will most definitely be getting our business again if needed, and we can highly recommend him to anyone . Would give him 10 stars if I could !!!

Our A.C went out of course on a Friday night. Wayne was quick to answer the phone, polite, and knowledgeable. He talked me through somethings and provided an affordable quote. He promptly showed up and right away I knew that he knew what he was doing and talking about. Even though it was already late on a Friday night he was kind enough to go out and secure the replacement part that was needed and returned to quickly fix the air. Within about 3 hours of placing my call my air was fixed quickly and at a great rate. Would trust Wayne with all my AC needs in the future.
