I bought a 65” OLED TV a few months ago that was mounted on an existing full-motion mount. After about three months, on Christmas Eve, the TV suddenly started leaning to the right. I connected with Greg through the app and purchased a new full-motion mount for peace of mind. He originally said he could come at 4:00 p.m. but surprised me by arriving earlier at 2:30. Greg was professional from the start, even removing his shoes when he came in. Before doing any work, he inspected the existing mount, immediately identified the issue, and explained my options clearly. We decided together to install the new mount. He took time to understand the look and positioning I wanted, worked efficiently, and even helped mount my HDMI sync box for the TV backlighting. Greg is kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’d absolutely use EZMount again. 10/10 experience.

He arrived on time as scheduled and had my 85” and 65” televisions mounted in 30 minutes. I am very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. Both televisions look great, they are perfectly leveled and centered where I wanted them. I would highly recommend!

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
