These questions weren't fair to the men who actually did the job because Brian hired them out and they'd never walked into my house before they came to work. Brian came to give estimate. That's all he did. He told one of the guys what to do but gave them no specific instruction on what I wanted. That left me repeat everything to complete strangers. The job done was done well... but I will be calling Adam back for some touch ups. I'll never call Brian again but I will call Adam.

They explained what needed to be done,gave me options and ideas that would work and make my rooms look nice. Friendly courteous and respectful.

This individual talked my husband out of a replacement, which we needed, and into a repair; that was insufficient. He was not willing to refund the money that I paid, despite the leak in question remaining a significant problem, and it cost me a timely sale on my home. He was rude and we were very DISSATISFIED with this situation as a whole. I will never recommend this person/business for anyone who needs ANY work completed on their home.

Crew worked hard and were efficient. Did nice work.
