Have an 80-year-old house that needed renovations. Absolute Quality gave me a quote, how long it would take, and a promise that they would not leave the job until finished. Was told by the owner that the quote could not put everything down because of room on his contract form but it was covered. Then as the job continued he would say I did not include that in the price. He did not include permits, but we wanted to believe that it was just an oversite, we went after them and paid the permit. It was just the beginning of us paying out of pocket. He tried to get us to pay for items that had to be installed because of him using the wrong wood size for flooring joists. I only knew that because I had two companies come in and give me a quote for finishing plumbing and electrical because his sub was creating a delay in finishing the job. Looking at the house from the road the house looks great. If you look closely at the home you can see the mistakes that were made not because of how old the house is but the quality of their work. It took them 4 times longer than the quote and after starting took guys off of the job and did not let me know until I would call the owner to find out why no one was here that day. I tried to get the owner to be aware of possible damage to my home before it happened, he believed his guys had that covered. It took them months for them to repair the damage caused by his employees and water that came into the home. When I called for warranty repair it took multiple times of phone calls and two months for them to finish. My opinion is that this company has no customer service and I will not use them again.

Brian and his crew did an outstanding metal roofing job. The crew cleaned up the site and picked up dropped screws every night. They worked long hours to get the job done. Job quality is A-1 when you get Brian and Tony's crew. A BIG THANK YOU to Absolute Quality Construction.
