Alex was great. My dishwasher is working great.

Alex called me within minutes of my request for service and he & his team were in the area and at our house within the hour! Very knowledgeable & professional. I will definitely call bscl for future needs.

Alex diagnosed the problem on the phone while scheduling our appt for the next morning (Sat, Dec 23). And he confirmed he had the needed part before he came. He arrived when promised, quickly confirmed his diagnosis and replaced the refrigerator blower and defrosted the water line to the ice cube maker. He was here less than an hour and checked in later that day. Alex is my go-to appliance repair guy now!

They responded the day that I asked for referrals. They gave me a timeframe as to when they would be out and they did. They checked out my oven and found a problem. The problem was resolved quickly. Great service and would recommend them.

Once my part arrived, they were quick to schedule the repair and completed the job very quickly without issue. I appreciated that Alex called me to check on the extra details since I was not supervising on-site.

Super fast, friendly, and helpful!

Alex and his partner come, diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, order the part that came in two days. Also, they noticed a little issue with my washer that was going to be a major problem if would left unattended (major water leak) and fixed that as well. I even made an appointment with them to check all my appliances and do preventive maintenance. Very happy with the outcome.
