I DO NOT recommend this company. I placed my order 8 weeks ago and it took Zsolt SIX WEEKS to even order the material. I'm still waiting on the installation. This has been a horrible experience. Zsolt has terrible customer service and does not communicate. I have to continue to call to get status updates and each person I talk to has a different answer. Spare yourself the headache and go with another company. I love the product I ordered but this experience isn't worth the nice countertop.

Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Great selection, value, and outstanding workmanship. Couldn't be happier. They re-did my entire kitchen with quartz and porcelain countertops, my 3 bathrooms with quartz vanities, and my living room bar with quartz. Everyone who comes to my house is in amazed and probably a bit jealous.... lol Highly recommand Zsolt Granite!

Very nice selection of granite and friendly people. If you have any issues on the back end, good luck! We paid for premium granite, whatever they determine to be tiered 4. Measurements and installs were done in a timely manner. However, their fancy laser machine caused the granite to measure between 1/4 and 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm) off in multiple places. They do not return calls, not one. I have had to call and have spoken to a variety of people, every time I have to start from the beginning. They finally sent someone out and it is been over 2 weeks and no response. We have been trying to come to a resolution for over a month now, and they show zero interest in caring at all (outside of someone coming to look). They use the PANDEMIC as an excuse of convenience. They have no problem selling granite to new customers and continuing installs. Adam has the most nonchalant attitude towards all this and loves using the fact that he is the only one in the office. He has known about our issue for weeks and as our sales person did nothing. Someone in the accounting side was the one to finally trigger someone to come out. There are too many other granite options, this company does NOT stand behind their product, if they want to do the right thing, it seems like they hope the customer will trail off and forget about it. If you want to see 1/4 caulking on your brand-new granite, this is the company for you!! After weeks, they say that their measurements could not be off that we use have changed something, this would have been impossible, we would have had to move a concrete block wall.
