Write a ReviewBeautiful craftsmanship and courteous skilled laborers. V
first time to use this service and product. Very pleased with the results.
Made the patio which had stained and mix matched concrete into a seamless beautiful place to spend some time. Great job
Aaron and Jose were awesome to work with. Concrete looks great.
I can’t say enough about this company and would highly recommend them! The pricing was fair, the crew showed up on time and went straight to work, and the end result is exactly what I was expecting.
Positive: The slab itself is square and the dimensions are accurate. Concerns: ? Price: ~50% higher than other bids. I chose them expecting premium service, which I did not receive. ? Subcontracting: Work appears to have been fully subcontracted, with no Zion representative on-site. This was not clearly disclosed. ? Billing: Final payment was auto-drafted (ACH) without notice before the job was actually finished, which eliminated my ability to request an inspection. ? No follow-up: I raised concerns and was told I?d hear back from ownership?no response after 2 weeks. Production support did not help. ? Property damage / cleanup: o Buried concrete left in my yard under a dirt ramp o Broken pavers from equipment driving over them o Dried concrete left on my driveway o Concrete residue dumped in a tree area away from the worksite o Debris (including rebar) left behind I understand some disruption is normal with construction, but this went well beyond that.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone today. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and I am incredibly glad we had such a productive conversation. I was thrilled to hear that, despite the initial friction, you found the final quality of our work to be excellent, professional, and good. Ensuring a structurally sound, accurate project is always our primary goal. I also want to thank you for clarifying your concerns with me so we could address them directly: Project Oversight: We appreciate your understanding regarding our use of trusted trade partners. While they are not direct W2 employees, they are highly vetted teams that represent our standards. That said, we hear you loud and clear on the need for better communication regarding on-site representation. Weather & Communication: While the heavy rain certainly threw a wrench into the timeline, we agree that we could have done a better job communicating exactly when we would be arriving. Final Cleanup: We apologize for the debris and property disruption left behind. As discussed, we are actively coordinating the remaining cleanup to make things right. Customer Service: I am glad to hear that our salesperson, was able to step in, assist on-site, and offer the helpful service we pride ourselves on. Thank you again for your grace, your valuable feedback, and for working with us to get this across the finish line beautifully. Please don't hesitate to reach out as we finalize the remaining cleanup. Sincerely, Zion Outdoors Management
