Reviews
Write a ReviewAmazing experience start to finish, and very affordable. They did an amazing job!
The project has not started yet, We may wait until Spring.
Responded quickly when contacting
He showed up quickly to evaluate the project. Professional work.
Very prompt and through
Very satisfied. The only downside was after saying they would begin the job in 3 weeks, it was over 2 Months before they began. Once they began it only took a crew of 8 2 days to complete siding a house, garage and shed. Very hard workers! Very nice job!
I was very please with Zinnel Roofing.. They replaced my roof and skylights. and installed gutters. The thing I very very impressed with with he arrived when he said he would. Work was completed when he said it would be.. I highly recommend him for any project and will tire him to do more work at our home ..
The actual work on the roof was good. It was what else that happened is what I am dissatisfied with. The crew damaged the soffit in multiple spots, when they removed part of the chimney, they damaged another part and didn't replace it. When they replaced the roof, they admitted to dropping equipment into the attic, but won't admit to the damaged they caused on the inside of the house. The worst part is they tried saying that all of this damage was there and I have proof that it wasn't. Also I was told that I would get an estimate for fixing this damage they caused. First, I have yet to hear back and it has been over 2 weeks and second I should not have to pay for damages that were caused by the company. The experience has not been a very good one so far!
We are sorry you are not pleased with your experience. This was an old house with original/wood soffit/crown fascia Which was sagging. When the new sheeting was installed everything lifted. It would have happened to any contractor that installed new sheeting to this house. We then went back and fixed/painted the damaged soffit. It was not the next day but was in a timely manner and at no charge to the homeowner. I suggested replacing the soffit fascia but the homeowner did not have it in his budget. Some ceilings tile did come down near an eve when installing new plywood, but it had also been repaired before.
Thay told me everything up front and kept in contact with me.thay did a good job even did a good job cleaning up around the house and yard a+++++
they got it done with in a few weeks!!!!!
