The men were accommodating and professional. After an excellent job of cutting down our hickory, they cleaned the area and left smaller logs and wood chips as I requested. Each was piled neatly in a preferred location. The price was fair, and I would definitely enlist them for future tree projects.

They made sure they communicated with me every step of the way. I requested that they change certain items in the contract in terms of what they were promising me verbally and they complied without complaint. Their prices were reasonable and they gave what I originally wanted but what the other companies made me feel was asking way too much and at a much more reasonable rate ( important note I our local electric company was out prior to my search for a pro, cutting limbs from trees in our alley and I asked the foreman his professional opinion about a cost for the job and he and his team agreed that the price Zephyr eventually quoted me was what I should be charged- which says the others were over priced) Last word, I wanted them to come back next year and get the remainder of the trunk that is over our yard vs just the limbs to the trunk. He had the integrity to say that he just didn't have the proper equipment. This man has great integrity. Trust him. He treats you and your property with respect.

They did a fine job of removing weed trees, and trimming others. My only issue was a bit of a communication issue. I was not sure when they would be coming to give me an estimate. Other than that, everything was fine, and I will likely use them in the future.
