Talked with the manager a few times over the phone. He sent two guys over. Neither seemed to know the actual purpose of "booties", as they had to ve told to put them on after coming in from the rain. They also wore them back outside, so again they had to be told to put new ones on. The second guy had a gun un his jacket which I noticed, and had to ask him to take it back outside. They ended up giving me a diagnosis, which was wrong. How do I know? I emded up calling another contractor and he fixed both of my furnaces for a lot less than TemeraturePro quoted with their incorrect diagnostics. HomeAdvisor must not really have any kind of vhecks for quality. Maybe contractors just pay a registration fee to get added???

I got same day service. Both my ACs were down. One had a loose wire. The other unit had recently been serviced by another company. That service had a leak. It's July! I couldn't sleep. Eric at TemperaturePro is the bomb. He got both my air conditioners working fast. They are working better than before.
