Zen Air Heating and Cooling

They were awesome!

We purchased 2 AC units from Zen Air, and one of units that was installed in 2022 kept shutting down. We finally discovered that the AC unit was installed incorrectly through another company. We called Zen Air and manager wanted to charge us 3 years of past maintenance subscription (3 times $370) just for them to come out and look at the problem they created. Manager is extremely rude and tried to take advantage of the situation over charging. He kept talking over me and took zero accountability for the terrible job they did. I will NEVER use this company again; they are unprofessional and rude! save yourself the headache.

It was an AC tuneup. That choice is not listed above. Therefore my selection is not accurate. Tell the front office to get organized.

Ed Burba was very personable and professional. He figured out quickly what was needed, and took care of the problem thoroughly.

Job done quickly, neatly, came back to finish (needed to wait for rain to stop) and the job was finished quickly also.
