Reviews
Write a ReviewWhen first encountering Juan and their team, they were very cordial and polite. Freddie, who was in charge of the electrical, was so great to work with! Juan and the other painters were nice. Before hiring them, the Amish contractor that I had used, recommended them. When I brought up different issues that I had, the contractor told me that Juan would make everything look as if brand new. Having taken the contractor's word for it, I told him to contact Zabala and have them come out and give me an estimate. Work began soon after that. As time went on, some areas needed cosmetic work before painting. These areas looked shoddy at best. I started my concerns and that's when Juan started to become frustrated. I didn't know it at first, as he did not communicate with me. On the last day, he became hostile and just let all his pent-up frustration out. I was speechless. I wasn't aware that I did anything wrong! This was a large job. I won't use him in the future.
I have hired a lot of home improvement people over the years, and I can honestly say that Juan and his team were some of the best I have ever encountered. They painted our whole interior; walls, trim and ceilings, plus some built-in woodwork, and did a really excellent job. They are careful and detail-oriented, they cleaned up well every day, and were a pleasure to have in the house. I would highly recommend!
Juan Zabala and his team produce such great results that neighbors I've never met are stopping to pay compliments on how our house looks. We have a three story Lancaster City row home that Juan took from eye sore to eye catcher. The paint job itself was three colors, and multiple paint coats, including a brick conditioner and priming of the trim. They also made minor corrections to woodwork on the porch and sills that they saw needed to be done. We couldn't be happier and have already hired them for a smaller project for another part of the house.
Friendly and professional - we will use Juan and his team again!
They did a wonderful job. They were also a pleasure to have in the home. I asked them to do a few other odds and ends. They were more than willing to do it. Highly recommend their services
Zabala painting did an amazing job on painting our entire kitchen cabinet runs. When deciding to paint versus replace, I wanted to make sure I had the right team to do the painting. Juan and team did just that. They were responsive, kept open communication through every step of the process and were extremely precise when completing the project. I ve have several others see our kitchen and they agree - you would never know the cabinets had been painted over. I would recommend Zabala painting and look forward to working with them in the future.
Juan is a real professional Just increased the value of my home by 20,000! Was here when he said he would be and completed the job on time. I recommend his company for any paint job that you might have. Thank you again James
Great work on exterior and interior projects. Completed the job as scheduled.
Nice guys, just didn t complete the assigned task listed in the scope of work. Had I not asked (again) for the assigned job to be categorized on a written contract, they may have proceeded without any documentation.
