For 20 years I managed a medical office building on the campus of Palms of Pasadena Hospital, and for many of those years I was changing cleaning contractors very often as being a medical facility with a direct relationship to the hospital, the cleaning contractors were expected to always provide immaculate service. In the building was an operating room, an X-ray room, physical therapy, cardiac therapy, oncology, several surgeons and other doctors as well. I researched ZS Services before hiring them and found they had excellent references. They have been at many of their jobs for many years (like MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa). I first used them for other jobs to see their commitment to excellent service. Two of the jobs they did for me involved cleaning 7.5 tons of school materials out of a building in one day and cleaning the building as well the other cleaning out a distress house. When I first came to Sabal Hill I wanted to reach out to them but felt I needed to allow the current company to preform better. They did not, so I grabbed the opportunity of employing ZS Services again. Now they have been at Sabal Hill for two years, my tenants are very happy with the changes as well as the personal customer service.
