Had ZRrite install a new gas water heater, first the installer was lazy, when plumbing the gas line instead of cutting and rethreading the 3/4"black pipe to fit correctly he installed the pipe so it is under stress at the threaded ends!! Bent and bowed clearly lazy short cut and potentially dangerous. A few months later I went to replace my gas furnace air filter only to notice that they installed the water heater in such away that I cannot change the air filter!!! Called them several time, was told that someone would get back to me. After repeated calls, about 13 in all, I received a call from one of their installers and he told me he would call me back later in the week to see about moving the water heater they installed. That was 3 weeks ago! I give up. Nice going ZRite. It's obvious to this home owner that Z-Rite is not concerned about the craftsmanship of their employees work or the saftey of their customers.

The men that came to my home today were; efficient, well-mannered, hard-working, conversational, answered all of my questions and were an absolute pleasure. My basement was left cleaner than before ZRite responded to my home.

work is fine, but $200 to replace a copper pipe elbow joint is a bit too pricey.
