Reviews
Write a ReviewI hired Mark to install the drain and water lines for a bar addition in my basement. His communication was great during the bid process and when I hired him for the project. He also provided some ideas other plumbers hadn't thought of. I will be using Z Plumbing & Heating again in the future. Thanks Guys!
Very professional. Very honest. Did a AĆ· job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend him to friends and family.
Mark is a wonderful guy. I have someone installed a water cartridge to the bath tub to stop the water dripping but he did not adjust the temperature so I end up just with warm water not hot water. He refused to come back and adjust it. I found Mark, he came the same and adjust it. Now I have hot water. On top of that, he went an extra mile, tightened the bath tub sprout and adjust my water pressure regulator. What a wonderful experience.
Really nice guy! Great work, efficient and clean ! Would hire him back in a moment
very professional and reasonable
He was very prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. Did an awesome job.
He was on time! He knows the trade.
Mark Zimmerman was a joy to work with. I bought a new handicapped height toilet and needed a plumber willing to pick it up from Home Depot, bring it here, remove the existing toilet and install the new toilet. Note: I called Habitat for Humanity ReStore to see if they could take the toilet just removed as a donation. They could so Mark moved it to the garage for me. If I hadn't arranged that he was willing to take it with him and dispose of it. I put in a request on HomeAdvisor at 1AM and got a call from Mark at 7AM this morning! He then offered to do the job after his 9AM appointment today! From contacting HomeAdvisor to Mark's completion of the installation was done in 13 hours! That said, Mark didn't rush at all. He's efficient, confident and a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work. He is also just a genuinely good guy, a pleasure to be around and really cares about making the customer happy. Before he left, Mark made sure that I inspected his work, got any questions answered and asked if there was anything else I needed. Those are exactly the things I look for. I've built a couple of homes and remodeled others so I've had plenty of experience with plumbers. Mark is top notch. His prices are fair and he didn't add any extra charges. Mark is my new go to guy and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
Did what we needed them to do and they did the job well. Mark was easy to work with.
I'm not sure why I did not get a complete five star rating. Before starting job ,customer wanted me to come down in price on my bid. And I came down 160.00 just to make them happy. I should not have not done that, because I ended up working extra hours, to complete job. I also offered customer to work at 50.00 an hour, for time and material. They wanted a bid. I also had help to make sure job, got finished as fast as possible. I also like working for these customers, and wish they could have told me during project, what I could have done to make it better for them.
Could not rebuild master tub valve, because the steams were deep in valve, and would not come out. Had to remove tiles, to replace tub valve. I replaced valve through a small hole where tiles were removed, extremely tight area to put valve back in. I replaced tiles, and regrouted tiles. I charged a 25.00 trip fee, 5 hours x 75.00 = 375.00, and 200.00, for new tub valve, supply lines, and copper fittings.
