Claudio and his incredible team have consistently exceeded my expectations with their work on my home. My first major project involved removing the popcorn ceilings in my living and dining rooms. They did an outstanding job—not only removing the ceilings but also expertly painting and transforming both spaces into fresh, modern areas that look absolutely stunning. Most recently, they took on my vestibule, which had two skylight windows. They skillfully replaced the windows and also handled the shingles on the small roof above. Additionally, they replaced the floors, completely revitalizing that space. The front of my house received a beautiful facelift as well, leaving it looking like a brand-new home. What I truly appreciate is their reasonable pricing combined with their exceptional quality of work. Claudio and his team are professional, dedicated, and truly committed to delivering exactly what you envision. Minutes after posting, they quickly called to schedule date and time for an estimate. Reputation, availability to complete the job the next day and cost resulted in my immediately hiring them for the job. They arrived minutes early, quickly laying drop cloths fron the entrance up to the room on the 2nd floor. Within 2hrs, new sheetrock installed, and plastered replacing what had fallen due to HVAC issue. Area was cleaned up, drop cloths picked up... and floors moped. I'm already having them provide a estimate for work on my garage.

This was our fourth engagement with ZNO Home Improvement and like our three previous situations, we have nothing but the highest praise for their integrity and work quality. The most important thing in working with a contractor is trust, and with ZNO you can feel confident that they will spare no effort to ensure the job is completed to your complete satisfaction. That means quality work, cleanup at each days' end, assurance that we received exactly the vision we wanted and timely completion. This latest job was a complete gut and rebuild of our main bathroom, complete alcove tub, vanity, toilet, tiled floor and alcove and ceiling. The demo, down to the studs, was completed in 2 days. Complete new floor, walls , ceiling, plumbing, painting. Exactly on estimate, and completed a day early. As our finances allow, we will be bringing Claudio, Bryan and crew back again for future projects.
