I filed a claim with AHS and this company was recommended. There was good communication and the quality of work was great. I would use this company again, even if not thru my home warranty company. Robert was professional and answered all my questions.

Your Texas Plumbers LLC (YTP) was dispatched through my Home Warranty. YTP came and worked on water coming up from the floor under the toilet. They took off the toilet and replaced the wax ring. After they finished they told us not to use the toilet for a day so the sealant could dry. A day and 2 flushes later, sewage is coming out of my bathtub. The home warranty recalled YTP and the plumber stated that since the home warranty would not pay him to take the toilet off again, he would need cash. Short the long, they made the problem worse, and then when I refused to pay cash on a home warranty recall, they left.

After a disappointing service attempt with a previous company,my warranty prompted me with another service request to "Your Texas Plumber, Barlett TX" I contacted a gentlemen named (Renae),he was understanding of the issue and set up an appointment. Immediately. Due to the previous deception from the other company, I was weary and unsure. But,Renae as promised,was prompt and ready to seek out the issue,he managed to get my water heater going,for we have been out of Hot water for 36 days previously. My Family and I appreciate his excellent customer service and efforts to get my water heater dilemma remedied. Thank You So Much,this is what good service is about! I recommend Renae and This Company!
