Excellent experience. I called and they responded right away, arrived within a few hours, and got the locked door open quickly without any damage. I can not share enough about this company and Dmitri! I am beyond impressed with how timely they were from the first phone response to the last detail. I lost my husband 8 years ago. I had no recollection of where he left the key to the safe where our weddings rings were left. Memories and love. Dmitri called me the next day, offered to open the safe, giving me an up front price. Fair. A few moments after our conversation I found the key! I called Dmitri right away to tell him he was beyond happy and thrilled for me. I felt safe with Dmitri from the get go. Up front, honest, friendly and willing to go beyond the distance is rare. I will remember him and recommend/refer to everyone.

Evgenii was extremely professional. Before he even arrived, he called to say he got tied up on another job and would be a little late. He worked quickly, quietly, and even cleaned up after the job was complete. He had to be a little creative and made some modifications because our door and lock were 50 years old. He is very personable and knowledgeable, and explained every step in detail before doing the work. Extremely satisfied with his work. They are reasonably priced and well worth the result.

Despite the nuance of a unique brand of smart lock, the locksmith Lev was able to discern the issue of the initial install of the smart lock. Notably, before leaving, he noted issue with the physical key mechanism and instead of leaving he took the smart lock apart again to finally solve the problem once and for all. I'm highly impressed and grateful for his kindness, patience, and attention to detail. THANK YOU LEV.
