He also presented his insurance certificates, license, and other documents required by the city of Boston in a timely manner. The work began on the day that was promised, and every step along the way was well communicated. I was always able to reach Wladimir for questions and discussions. The result is a porch that was built professionally, inspected and is a great improvement to the house. It is so rare to meet a contractor who shows up on schedule, and produces great work at a reasonable price that I felt compelled to give a great review."
