Craig and his team delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout the process. Despite having a large front yard, they completed both the yard and driveway within the promised two-week timeline. Craig also went above and beyond by helping us with all the HOA paperwork, which made the approval process much easier and stress-free. We truly appreciate their hard work and the beautiful results. They had a nice design for our yard and were easy to deal with UNTIL they got our last payment. There is a light assembly that has not worked and they dug the holes for 7 plants that they never found. But it?s been over a month and my texts and voicemails have not been responded to. Literally no response. Not sure what happened but both Craig Sr and Jr disappeared right after getting that last check and haven?t been heard from since. Side note, after they were done we did notice that they buried previously used sprinkler lines without capping them. Noticed when we had wet spots around our yard. That part of the yard was done on their last day here so kind of fits what went on. Crazy, because would have been a 5 star review had they even responded, but I gave them a month to give them every opportunity but nothing.

The backyard looks great but the communication was lacking. I did not always know when they were coming. Also, the fencing had an issue that still has not been resolved

They came out gave me a quote set an install date came and did install I would recommend they are professional and courteous. Easy to deal with.

Great experience! We moved into a new house and needed yard work done quickly because of an HOA complaint/ request, and they were able to get me on the books and get the project completed within a month! Project was performed as outlined and discussed.

This family business was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked very hard from start to finish. A couple problems arose concerning previous plumbing for the yard and they addressed those immediately without extra charges. I am extremely happy with their work and would re-hire in a flash.
