We needed a picture window divided into three framed glass panes because of the size and to match our other windows. The result is beautiful, So much better looking then the original windows. We used them to replace all our windows and doors at the Good Neighbor Community Center. They were good in communicating when it came to ordering, installation, and any other unexpected issues that came up while we were doing our renovations. Once on site, the job was done fast and efficiently.

We had 23 windows replaced 4 years ago. Very professional and all done in a timely manner. When getting the estimate, brought brochures and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with their work. And would most defiantly recommend Custom View to anyone. We are again using Custom View to add a Bay window.

Great company to work with beginning with the sales pitch. It was based upon two areas, the quality of their windows and matching those windows to my needs at a fair price. No pressure just presented the facts and let me decide what I wanted to do. Had them install two kitchen windows to see what the windows were like and the quality of the installation. Having worked in construction I know quality workmanship and they have it. The windows and install met my standards on every point. As a result a few months later I had them come and install new windows throughout my house. I didn't seek other bids as I knew that I was going to and did get quality windows and excellent workmanship during the install. With so many replacement window companies out there you need to be careful who you choose to purchase from. Custom View Exteriors is the company you should choose to ensure that you are going to be happy with the results.

Vince reviewed an actual window explaining the system, including the near invisible screen, the options, how to clean, etc, and the warranty. He presented considerations I had not thought of and gave me time to think before I placed final order. I was having trouble deciding whether to go white vinyl and paint the existing oak trim white or go light oak vinyl. I chose the lt oak vinyl and it's quite nice. I replaced a tripe slider door and 16 windows, which we reduced to 14 windows by using 2 sliders vs 4 casements. The difference in my house is amazing. Much quieter and less dust. I lost a little glass space but the tightness and insulation more then compensates for that. I really like the slider where I ordered special glass to allow more privacy because the window looked into my neighbor's living area. I selected the etched look glass called glue chip and I think it's beautiful. Paul did a great job of installing and communicated w/me thru the process, never making me feel I was a nuisance. Everything was cleaned and removed from site when the job was finished. I felt it was a very straight forward simple transaction from onset to end. I believe the quality is equal to window brands that I've purchased in past that were considerably more expensive. I would definitely recommend them and have.

Vince and Paul are great to work with! Vince showed us several windows, trim and color options to choose from to best fit our house. Vince measured the window openings the first day and went over the contract with us. A few days later, the installer, Paul came by and remeasured the window opening to ensure the first measurements accurate. Measure twice, order once! This was in March of 2020 in NE during the early stages of the Covid pandemic. NE still had a long way to go before all businesses were taking it seriously. We were very concerned as were Vince and Paul. Both respected our wishes and wore masks before entering our home. Their concern for our well being was the ultimate reason we chose Custom View Exteriors over the many other companies in Lincoln. The day after we were notified the windows had arrived, Paul was at our house to get started. It took him only 2 days to breakdown the old windows and install 9 new windows and a new sliding glass door! He cleaned up as he went along so there is absolutely no sign he was ever here other than our brand new windows! He works alone so we didn't have several people in and out of our house which I really appreciated. Vince Kingston and Paul are very professional with a ton of experience and such a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with our new windows! I highly recommend them. Thanks so much!

They gave us a fair quote right away - none of this if you do it today this is the price and if you wait it goes up higher. They told us when they would be here to meausure and they were. The windows came in 2 weeks early and they called and installed them two days alter. They ran out of caulking on thelast window and said they would be back on Friday to finish it and they did. Cleaned up everything.
