Xpres Bath & Shower

I am more than thrilled with the kitchen update which Roxy designed for me. I was hesitant to invest the money in my home since we've been here for 38 years and wondered if it made sense to update it. Needless to say, I only wish we would have done it years ago. It's beautiful and much more efficient. The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend Roxy and her team. You won't be sorry.

From design to complete kitchen remodel it was a great experience. They are excellent communicators and kept us informed every step of the way , which we very much appreciated. Professional and highly skilled staff brought our kitchen out of the 70’s and into today’s finishes and functions. The owner checked personally on site ; on the progress, taking complete ownership of our project. That was Impressive to say the least. We have decided to remodel our bathroom this spring, with the Xpress team. Just began the design phase and are genuinely pleased with the drawings and materials selection .

We are extremely happy with our new bath! Dave and his team were very easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and accommodated the minor changes we made along the way. The bathroom looks great!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Xpres Kitchen and Bath! We worked with them to remodel our first floor including kitchen, dining room and entryway. From start to finish, they were honest, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. They built the kitchen of our dreams, and made the process feel smooth even when unexpected delays came up. Gavin is incredible. His eye for design, attention to every last detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. He listened closely to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure everything came together beautifully. While cabinet delays extended the project timeline, Xpres handled the situation with grace and professionalism. They kept us informed and did everything possible to keep the project moving forward. Every member of their team and subcontractors was courteous, skilled, and respectful of our home. A special shoutout to Dave, who not only did a fantastic job on millwork, but also took time to help our kids with their math homework while he was working! We highly recommend Xpres Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking for quality work, great people, and stunning results.

Roxy created a fantastic design for a wall pantry for my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. The craftsmanship by Dave and Jayme was absolutely outstanding. Plus all three were professional, efficient and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this team. They were great!

My 1930’s era bathroom cried out for a renewing upgrade. (The original tub remained, sad and yellowed, darkly stained. The once au courant black and yellow tiles were dated and unappealing.) I accepted bids from several remodelers in my search for a respected, trustworthy, nimble, professional, capable bathroom remodeler. XPres Bath and their Sales Professional Sean Leaf impressed me with focused, helpful suggestions and their estimate was fair. It took months for the work to begin. xPres took pains to be careful and safety-oriented during the Covid pandemic in the year 2020. The materials finally arrived and the workers were lined up. As members of the same family, they contained the Covid health risks better than two strangers. Jaime at xPres provided a detailed schedule of the work to be done. Carlos and Paul worked steadily and got done ahead of schedule. Possible problems with old buildings were thoughtfully and cautiously planned for. The work was meticulous. When completed, the outcome was highly fulfilling. The ceramic tub surround, the mold- and bacteria-resistant tub and responsive, beautiful fixtures, and every detail of the contract were well-executed. The finished product expands the room and is classical and utilitarian. This upgrade was a long time coming but here’s to the next 80 years! Post Script: xPres said they should be there whenever I needed you! But this was not my recent experience. I've removed a few stars after Jaime arranged a time to come and replace a vent stop that failed. On the day and time arranged, xPres didn't show at the appointed time or contact me to arrange a new time. This is an important matter if you've paid a company well for a bathroom remodel, only to find it doesn't stand behind its work. I would love to work with other xPres principals to see what can be done about this. The company is not at issue here. It's working with Jaime specifically.

They did an excellent job. Dave, the installer, was very detailed and professional with all aspects of the job. I had vanity tops replaced, shower replaced, new lightings and mirrors and new backsplash in the kitchen. Everything looks beautiful.

From start to finish the staff made the whole process and experience enjoyable. Professional, excellent communications and followup. Very knowledgeable and highly skilled craftsmanship. They allowed us to be in our home during the remodel. They were extremely patient with us; as we asked a lot of questions throughout the entire build. Now that our kitchen is completed we are moving on with the Xpres team to remodel our bathroom.
