This group is a joke. My project was three glass block windows. 2basement. 1 bathroom. A team of 4 showed up about 9 am and stayed until 5:30. They brought manufacturer standard size block windows that you could buy yourself at any retailer. Thus, the windows were not fit well to the windows. The result was 2 1/2-3? of mortar around the window in the bathroom. There were hollow parts and large cracks later visible once dry. Also the work was sloppy and incomplete. Loads of dropped silicone, from one window that they cobbled together on the spot that wasn?t from the store. All kinds of mortar and debris left on site.. I think typically a vendor produces a specialty window to bring and install. Anyway, I was exhausted from them being in our space and regret paying at all. When I discussed it with them, they said they do nothing at all to refund me. They offered to come back but I?m honestly scared to have them back in my house.

We are thankful for your comments and while it is unfortunate you feel as you do, we will take this as a lesson for future homeowners. This project did not require a down payment and did get paid in full after review. Your husband and you did a walk around before payment was collected.

Professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Reasonable prices for great service! Xavier didn't try to upsell, and I'm appreciative, given some of the other quotes I received. I have additional work that's needed, and I will have him come back to take care of it! Highly recommended!
