I called X-Terminator after purchasing a uses fridge for my garage. With in a few minutes of moving it in I noticed roaches coming out the bottom I immediately looked up an exterminator and chose the right one. He was here the day I called and covered the complete garage. He warned that they may get into the house and I was genuinely worried. But they didn't and haven't seen one scene. Thant you X-Terminator.

Chase is very engaged in service and catering treatment to specific areas of concern at each visit. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently. He caters each treatment to specific areas or pests of concern at the time. I appreciate that Xterminator's plans are cookie-cutter plans but are tailored to the specific needs at the time

Company sprayed in and outside primarily for ants and spiders. 10 days later we still had an obvious presence of both ants and spiders. I called to let them know and asked for them to please come out and re-apply. They quickly agreed tor an additional charge of $85...! Then I was told it hadnt been two weeks yet. I waited three weeks and our problem is as it was before I called them!! I DO NOT recommend this company!

I apologize if you were unhappy with our service. We explained when we came out that ants often require a monthly for a few times. Unfortunately, there is no chemical that will kill all the ants instantly. This year has been harder to get rid of pest due to the flooding however we can do it. You wanted us to come back out at no charge, but we asked you to give it a week longer than we said we would only charge 45.00 to thoroughly treat again not 85.00 as stated in your comment. Again I apologize for the situation. We reached out to you multiple times to further assist you however you did not respond.
