They did mess up everything and finally three zones are inactive! Followed up with them. The tech came and checked, they did not fix it! They did not offer to fix it! I followed up again, and the owner has changed his phone number. The contract has "10 year warranty.." Regardless of the fact that they have not completed the installation correctly. They might be a great in the other jobs, but I did not have a good experience with them.

I initially had problems with this company; now after a year, I am having additional problems with them. On two occasions, appointments were made to winterize our sprinkler system; however, the contractor never showed up. Winterizing is a part of the contract. Additionally, this company says that they are BBB certified, that is untrue and they do not hold a BBB rating. Strongly recommend not doing business with them.

Untrue. A+ rating for 43 years. Received the email below today from BBB. " BBB YOU'RE IN ELITE COMPANY! Not many businesses have what yours has. Jim, kudos! Wood's Lawn & Sprinkler Service is one of the few A-rated businesses that have been operating for 43 years."
