Jon is a wonderful, caring and intelligent young man. He provides a very necessary service. However ,our latest experience was a bit troublesome. He provided an estimate for a home camera security system ,which I accepted. In fairness, I did add an additional camera, requiring some additional labor. My issue lies with the amount of time Jon spent troubleshooting, his , recommended equipment. He spent an inordinate amount of time and was unable to solve the issue with the equipment. This created an excessive number of labor hours. , well in excess of his estimate. Though his time is valuable, the equipment he provided did not suit the application. This equipment apparently had these known issues and for this reason I feel the labor charges for this equipment was unwarranted.
